Hi @ChaosLord I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that thanks to a recent update, you're now able to teach Surf to all your Pikachu with your OT, and not only if you have picked Pikachu as your starter. To do that, go in route 19 (south of fuchsia) and interact with NPC Victor. I hope the information given provided some clarification, please let me know if you have any further questions.
