I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that every time that a Pokémon get traded, its Happiness get reset to 70. Also, every time that your Pokémon faint, it lose 5 happiness points.

These are the only ways of how your Pokémon can lose Happiness and there should not be any other way.
