PROClient Patcher error

Featured Replies

Hello,

I've decided to play the game again after a long (like few years, new account, new PC etc. long) time, but when I've tried to run the game using PROClient it turns on, goes through ''Checking for updates...'', ''Downloading patch...'', ''Exctracting patch...'', ''Validating game files...'', ''Closing client...'' and then I get an error ''Something went very wrong. :('' from the PROClient Patcher.

I've downloaded the game from current link on official site, tried turning of firewall, tried running it as an administrator, added it as an exception, restarted PC, tried both 32bit and 64bit (my OS is 64bit), have it in it's own file and probably some other stuff.

Could you help me in any way?

Thanks in advance

Hi @7h3b0b0

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that this could be casued by several causes.

  • First of all, you should check if you have the latest version of .NET Framework installed.

If this is the case and it still does not work, please do the following:

  • Go to the folder C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Temp\ (Replace YourUsername with your Windows usernamen).
  • Find a folder that starts with PRO_ and open it. If you have more than one, open the latest one. Start the ClientPatcher.exe.
  • You should get an error message now. Should this be enough for you to fix it yourself, please do it. If not, create a forum post in General Support with the error message.

Please, let me know if you have been able to solve your issue and if you have any further questions.

Have a wonderful day !

Hi, @Shinohara and thanks for responding.

Unfortunately when I try to run ClientPatcher.exe, as you told me to, I only get ''Parameter missing'' error and no patcherError file is created.
