Could you please try to delete all the PROClient files (.zip/rar too), restart your PC and then try to download again the latest client from PRO CLIENT DOWNLOAD and let me know if that solves your issue? If that should not solve your issue, could you please tell me what device do you play on (windows version / 32-64 bit) and explain accurate what happen when you click on the pokedex icon?
