Check to see if you have a firewall preventing the application any access. Or you can try to delete all your current game folders for PRO and download it again

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that this could be casued by several causes. Can you please attach the patchererror file that should have been created into your PRO folder.

Also, please try to follow the here below procedure:-

If this is the case and it still does not work, please do the following:

  • Go to the folder C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Temp\ (Replace YourUsername with your Windows username).
  • Find a folder that starts with PRO_ and open it. If you have more than one, open the latest one. Start the ClientPatcher.exe.
