hello i went to the bell tower in johto but forgot to collect a bell. So i went to the top of the tower and fought ho-oh and now it says on the pokedex i have one caught but it not in my box. Does this mean i cannot catch any legendary beasts?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that, after checking your account, it seems like you have only the seen data of Raikou and not the caught data of any of them.

To clear up things, I would like to inform you that the requirements to be able to catch one of the three legendary beasts you need to meet the following requirements:

• Encounter the 3 Dogs in their respective locations
  
• Get 450h+ of playtime
  

As you have only 106 hours of playtime, it is not possible yet for you to catch one of them. You will be able to choose the Bell you most prefer that will permit you to catch one of the three legendary beasts.
