Hello support !

 

I've just had a problem with my sneasel level 100. It was level 99 and I upped it using a rare candy during the night with razor claw held. So I respected the conditions to make my sneasel evolve into weavile.

Here is the problem, he hasn't evolved and stayed sneasel. I have no more solution to make him evolve now and I don't know what to do at all. He has pretty good ivs and nature and I took a long time to find it.

So i'm asking, is there any solutions, is it possible to make it evolve by an admin or anything like that ?
