Hello guys, I was wondering if someone know when can we use Waterfall in Sinnoh ? What are the requirements for the lvl of the pokemon and the happiness ?

You won't need waterfall in Sinnoh until after 8th badge, to access the E4. You can obtain it in the Safari zone in Pastoria city, if you didn't obtain it in Hoenn.

But i need it for rotom, am i able too catch it before E4 ?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that, if you have not taken waterfall in hoenn, you are able to obtain it in the Sinnoh Safari Area Zone 4 .

Regard Rotom, unfortunately the only place where you can hunt and encounter it right now is in the EXCAVATION SITES, in specific in the Haunted Site located in Hoenn.
