Client disrupts internet connection

Whenever I open the PROclient it causes me to lose my internet connection, I've tried reinstalling and using a VPN. Nothing has worked so far.

What do you mean with "it causes me to lose my internet connection"? Are you referring to the "Connection Lost" issue?
