In PRO, to learn extreme speed to your Entei you will need learn it in the Event Move tutor. To have access to this tutor you will need complete the Event Move Quest, but to be available to start this quest you will need have a requirement. This requirement is: Have at least 450 Hours of playtime. To know more information of how to make this quest please check the following THREAD.
