I know it says not to report move bugs but that was posted 2 years ago and it seems like maybe there was not a "big update". People use outrage in PVP and it does not lock them into the move for 2-3 turns or confuse the user. Is this on purpose?

did u make sure that the outrage pokemon doesnt have a lum berry ? and what do u mean by its nt locking them ? what happened exactly ? I never experienced this
