Hello, The current client is optimized for the newer version OS that came out and El Capitan doesn't belong in that list, since it was released a while ago. Updating your OS should solve the issue in this case. Kind regards, Contrary

Hello @Raazer1, Isroc had a 24h cooldown for you to count the attempts. If the 24h cooldown wasn't over and you still battled him, it didn't count the attempts to the streak. The 24h cooldown gets added on the time you won versus Isroc, so it isn't a fixed time. If I look to your notes I can see that you beat him a certain amount of times without the 24h cooldown being over, so this can explain why your streak is less than you had expected. Hello, I can't make up what boss you are talking about from your message. You mention 'loved one' what makes me think the one on Love Island, but also said 'Guardian' what refers more to the summer event bosses. So please make sure to specify this. Anyways, we don't and can't fix the issue you are referring to. Whenever you disconnect fighting a boss and it's a server crash it offers you to fight it again. If not it means you disconnected and the issue is on your side, sadly we can't restore the consecutive wins. Hope this explained it. Hope this has answered it for you. Hello, It looks like you have to catch a new Charmander and re-do the quest. You clicked the 'train new starter' option, this resets the quest and makes previous caught Pokemons not eligible. You can prevent this from happening due to reading the dialogue. I hope this answered it for you.

Hello, When you switch servers your Pokemon gets a new id, so that's why the professor doesn't recognize your trained Venusaur. If you wish to submit that one specifically you'll have to switch servers again, since the ID gets reverted to the old one once you switch back. If you wish to submit and finish the quest in your current server you'll have to do the quest over. Hope this has informed you on the matter.
