CAN'T TALK TO NPCs

So it all started when I transferred from gold to silver

I couldn't fight boss such as naero

Even after CD he always says I'll be ready in None and also when I try to check my boss cooldowns in reborn bot/Celadon building it shows they all are ready to battle but Clearly they aren't... But ignored this issue I thought it is happening because of crashes and also getting unnecessarily disconnections from pvp battles and boss battles (sometimes)

But now yesterday all of my dig spots were messed up

And I couldn't even talk to PokeStop NPCs

And now today I couldn't even talk to any NPCs at all not even nurse joy for to heal my pokes clearly this is not funny I worked so hard to buy a ev pass to train my Pokemons

But now I can't train them tournament brackets are about to go live and I don't have some back up to train seriously this is not funny anymore and I want this bug fix immediately
