To evolve Happiny you will need level up him a lvl during Day and Happiny will need to hold an Oval Stone. Follow the following quote to know the time in PRO: Morning: From 4 AM to 10 AM Day: From 10 AM to 20 PM Night: From 20 PM to 4 AM Following the quote you will need evolve your Happiny during day time from 10 AM to 20 PM.
