My accound was stuck in game after fight boss Oak. And now when I trying loggin it said user already logged in!

I'd recommend you firstly to re-launch the game, it sometimes helps.

Try to restart your pc or phone.

Restart your modem if previous things don't worked.

Log in later.

 

Those are some tips that i actually used while got this problem on my device.

It is possible what you have experienced was a glitch occasioned by the server-side. This problem don't usually happen often, to solve this problem just wait 10 minutes and then try again, if after do that you continue having this problem try to close the game open it again. If you would like have more information further this issue please check the following quote:

Unfortunately, this is a server-side glitch that can happen from time to time. Whenever this occurs, wait 10 minutes then try and log in a couple of times.

If waiting 10 minutes should not solve the issue, please make a thread in the GENERAL SUPPORT and we will assist you.
