I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that Lance in the Dragon Den B1F has no cooldown if you lose to him. The only requirement is to have a full a team of level 100.

Do note however that in case you should win against him, being a one-time only boss you won't be able to fight him anymore.
