Cuando se puede empezar a intercambiar pokemon?

A partir de la 4ta medalla ya puedes utilizar el sistema de correo e intercambio.

y como puedo intercambiar pokemos? osea donde le doy o como lo hago si ya tengo la 4ta medalla?

Hello

You can start trading after getting 4 medals. To do so, both you and the person you wish to trade with must be in the same Pokémon Center. When you click on the characters, several options will appear, as shown below. From there, you can select "trade."
