George92 Posted June 24, 2019 Share Posted June 24, 2019 Hello, I have had many problems with the game at first I thought they were unimportant things, but now I have something annoying, and it turns out that every time I access the safari especially the safari jhoto snow zone the game goes well and after about 15 seconds I left alone on the map, I see how the other players are disappearing and if I try to interact with some npc at that time nothing happens, and after a while of being apparently only the game takes me out and it says "Connection Lost" You could say that everything arose since redirect the game and I went to do excavations hoenn, the first thing that happened to me was that the game froze me every so often in the excavations and that is not all that I was freezing in the excavations of hoenn the only thing I could do to get out was to use rope escape because I can not even move, then one day in the catching bug I experienced another problem that told me the following: "An unexpected error has occurred ... Please report this problem to the Staff team. " on that occasion I spoke with a friend of the staff and recommended me to use rope escape again and it worked but now the problem persists and it is that when I returned to access the catching bug it freezes me and I saw how the people disappeared and after a few moments I I took out log and log in again but I was already outside the bug catching and if I spoke with the npc told me to come back in 20 hours, it was as if I had participated but did nothing and did not get anything, now the same thing happens to me on the safari. Well I think I exceeded a bit with the writing but I need help please do not know if it is a bug or some problem with my account, I have already tried to delete the game and redischarge and the same thing keeps happening even if I tried to use other connections to Internet but the same thing is still happening to me, I would really appreciate it if you could help me already thanks.
