I have a Problem, when i start the game it dosent show up. There is sound and the icon and the progress is running but i dindt see anything.

I already tried to start as administrator, downloaded again and deactivated my firewall but nothing works :(

 

I would be grateful for help and sorry for my bad english,

Hi, this is what Cie wrote to someone with similar problem, hope it helps

• Run the game in compatability mode

• Update your Display/Graphical Drivers (Specifically this one)

• Update your Windows Version

• Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus

• Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space

• Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please tell me your windows version and verify that you have your windows and graphic driver updated?

Also, please make sure to have the latest version of .NET Framework installed on your PC.
