I would like to know when the participants of the last world quest will be awarded. My name is in the list I accumulated just over 900 points.

 

I'd also like to know if it's possible to find the Obedelic NPC from Shaymim's quest now that Breezy is disabled. Because I have the flower and the requirements to get shaymin. But I did not know I needed to talk to the npc hidden behind a tree on Breezy's map to activate the last part.
