Dear PRO team

 

Today i encountered a bug while doing the mew quest at the part where you are supposed to encounter mewtwo in the cerulean cave.

 

as i walked up to the mewtwo npc standing there and spoke to him it gave me a encounter with a electrode instead of mewtwo and then the mewtwo was gone.

 

this bug probably happened cause as i walked up to the boss i also encountered a wild pokemon but the game counted it as the encounter with mewtwo

 

Hope this can be fixed soon.

i have walked up to prof oak but he doesnt give me the map so i can't continue idk if i missed something as i have checked out one of the staff guides on the mew quest about it and i dont seem to have done anything wrong

In that guide mention the prof oak to confirm you have all the kanto pokedex caught except mewtwo, articuno, moltres and zapdos. Regarding why he didnt give you the map is because the prof oak doesnt give you the Old Sea Map, to get it you will need go to the building next to the Pokecenter in Celadon and go on the Roof Top by taking the elevator, entering in the house of the Roof Top and talking with the npc there he will give you the Old Sea Map, if you would like further information please take a look to this THREAD.
