I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that it is not possible to send your MS Medalion through letter/mailbox. In fact, in your account AmberleeMoon, it doesn't exists any trade-letter sent/received for what regard that.

Also, considering that you currently have an MS Active, it is highly possible that you're just mistaking and you activated it already.
