Gym Leaders don't run out of PP

I wasn't sure where to post this (or if it is a bug or not), and I'm not sure if this applies to every NPC, but Gym Leaders run out of PP in the origional Pokemon Games.

AI has unlimited PP

that's how it designed in this game

otherwise the AI will be too weak

I would like to inform you that all NPC have infinite PP, they won't run out of it.

This is not a bug, this is just how it is coded. It is done because PRO is a MMO and so it is supposed to be a little harder than the original games.
