Hello @lighttube, I would like to inform you that all NPC have infinite PP, they won't run out of it. This is not a bug, this is just how it is coded. It is done because PRO is a MMO and so it is supposed to be a little harder than the original games. I hope this answered your question(s) and wish you a good day!
