Neildegrass Posted June 29, 2019 Share Posted June 29, 2019 I evolved my Weedle to Kakuna and it didn't learn Harden. I levelled it up one more time but nothing else happened. Kakuna would learn Harden via move relearner. You can find a move relearner in kanto region in the following places: Cerulean city, Saffron city and Tutor Heaven.
