try using the /gleader command to your alt or promoting someone else in your guild then promote yourself back to leader then try to promote people again.

Oo I’ll try that thanks! I was able to use the /gleader and got the leader position back but still the /gpromote is bugged ughh

A player named Iriztha told me how their guild had the same problem but was able to fix it after passing the leader onto someone else. Get the other person to demote the previous leader down to initiate and kick from guild. After rejoining and /gleader it have fixed the /gpromote bug. This thread can be now close thanks. Pretty sure the /gpromote is still bugged for most other guilds though.
