The only way you could use to get a shiny stone in Hoenn would be buying it in the pvp-coin shop for 5 pvp-coins. To have more information of where you can get this item look the following locations: Diamond Domain B1F - Hidden. Rock Smash Spots at Love Island by chance. At any pvp-coin shop for 5 pvp-coins (Vermillion, Blackthorn, Mauville and Canalave). Possible boss reward by Officer Jenny and Pumpkin King. May be held by some wild Pokémon: #Pokemon Map Area Daytime Rarity MS Level Togepi Love Island Land N Tier 8 No 18-21 Togepi Route 34 Land M/D/N Tier 8 Yes 11-15 Please, do not hesitate in ask if you have more doubts, i will be glad to help you. have a great day. In my own error i forgot add the fac you can buy shinies stone via Trade Chat, because that item is tradeable.
