Naturally when you lost a battle in Wild pokemon you will lost a money, I forgot what percentage is it. But since you dc'ed to a wild pokemon it will counted as a lost, so you lost some of your money, it is not a bug. I dont think they will do something about that

Hi @AHsAN022

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, what you are describing as an error is impossible to happen. When you disconnect manually, the server crash or you crash due to your connection issue, the game prevent you from losing any money.

You can try by yourself, go in a wild battle and meanwhile you are there simply remove your internet cable. You will see that you won't lose any money.

I personally tried that 4 times before answering to the thread.

The only way you could have lost 500k is indeed by losing a wild battle, and by losing i mean all your pokemon fainting and you blacking out.

Considering this is not an issue on our end, and what you're describing as an issue is not possible to happen, there's nothing we can do about it.

I'm sorry to disappoint you, let me know if you have any further questions.

Have a wonderful day !

nvm it..i cant anything you guys made the rule whatever its good or bad but need to accept also make sure dont let it be anyone other because disconnecting while in a battle and lose much money wont help for someone who only few amount of money...i can bear that 500k no problem but a newbie who only got 700k-1m and lost 500k in a wild battle makes that trainer sad and forcing to leave game

dont think i'm rude or something just disappoint

thank you for answer my problem now can be close

from personal experience of 7k hours playtime, I think there is a "saved" damage for what happened on you

sometimes when you logout at a certain timing in a battle,

(somewhere between the wild poke attacking and the damage displaying)

the damage would be "saved" in background and also would be increased

then when you encounter another wild poke, the increased "saved" damage would affect your poke at the starting point of the battle and sometimes make it fainted

and keep in mind that the "saved" damage also needs time to display

what I'm thinking is, you only bring 1 poke to encounter wild poke (from you pic) and instantly got fainted by a increased and "saved" damage

but you have already logout before displaying the damage animation

that's why you didn't see it

I do logout in battle alot

my suggestion is never bring only 1 poke with you
