I have gone through and checked on our tools and it seems like you have already beaten the "Symphonia" NPC. You will now need to proceed to finding the second NPC, whose name will start with the letter I. In this case you should go to Ilex Forest (Johto) and find Indragiri and present a Illumise once again with your OT. You can find all the information on what OT pokemon you need and where to find the remaining NPC'S in the following guide below.
