Could you please ask your friend to make a post here in the general support so we can assist him with his problem? Notify him that he shows screenshots of the problem that is occuring.

So what is the Nurse saying and what happens exactly whenever he gives the Pokemon to the nurse?

ok 1st photo in pokecenter press space to interact then is the 2nd photo and last pokemon not healed

1st photo press space to interact then go to loading screen (as soon as he press space) dont know why and last the pokemon still low HP

To fix the current problem your friend is having, could you please tell him to try the following procedure and see if it fixes the bug

- Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too).

- Restart your computer/device

- Download again the game from HERE

 

Also please try to use a tool to make screenshots so I can assist you better, you can check this guide for that purpose:
