Hei there

After the new update, I cant download the 64bit pc version

I use google chrome. When I try downloading it, my download starting but it just 0% or 0 kb and done.

do u know why ?

Did you try to download it with another browser? test it with internet explorer. Also check the settings on your firewall/browser or even router if possible.
