I think you should activate windows and clear your cache, use CCleaner for clearing cache and reinstall the client using a different download link.

64 bit and the antivirus i used was avast... I get to know that the antivirus has sucked me off so i uninstalled it and competely remove the game too... And installed again still the problem is arising again and again

Please fix this as i am literally unable to play the game
