Can you please try to let your pokemon get defeat, log out, revive your pokemon and try if he evolves now?. Whirlpede evolve via level up, and as you said is level 100, the only thing you can do would be make a post in the following THREAD. In the thread i mentioned above you can make a reply asking for get 1 level down your whirlipede to evolve it into Scolipede.
