Sandstorm damage has a "priority" problem, if I defeated a wild Pokemon while Sandstorm is up, it damages my Pokemon before the exp is given, meaning the battle could end with my Pokemon fainted (and not getting any exp), when it shouldn't.

 

I'm very sure weather damage is supposed to be either the very last after exp is given, or at the start of a new turn, depending on how you see it.

If a battle ended, the weather shouldn't give damage, because a battle ends when exp is given.

 

If Hail is coded in the same way, then it is likely to have the same bug.
