Idk why this thread was closed as the problem was NOT resolved, I dont think the admin understood. The servers were UP at the time. I havnt been able to login on my phone at all since the update (installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled 5x and deleted all previous files) every time I try to log in on my samsung galaxy s7 edge it says cannot connect to server. Even though I verified in discord the server was up (multiple occasions) AND I was able to login on my old HTC one (??)

 

I have gone through ALL the standard steps. Nothing fixes it. Just want staff to be aware of the problem and not just brush it off thinking we are a bunch of idiots who didnt know the servers were down. The servers were up every time i tried. I still cant get in. The most recent update is clearly having problems on certain devices.

I usually play on mobile data, however yesterday I tried both and neither worked.

Is this a problem on PRO's end or? I mean I've followed all the usual steps, and I've never had this problem with an update before.

 

I was playing right before the update but once this one came I can not get in no matter how many times I try. I mash the login button and it just IMMEDIATELY says "cannot connect to server"

 

3 days this has been happening. I've tried uninstalling and downloading again at least 10x and no one seems to know what's going on.

 

I saw in another thread waleed talking about using a VPN to circumvent this problem but he also said you can use mobile data to get around this.. server provider issue? Except I always use mobile data to play and that's not working either.

 

Is this something that will be fixed or am I just beat? :/
