Hi Masteryho, sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced with this. The two servers are seperate so while Gold may be up Silver can be down.

 

Silver server was down due to technical issues when you tried to log in and was restarted not long after. It was just bad luck you tried to log in when it was down. This sometimes happens and it is usually not down for long when that happens. The developers are always working on improving the servers by fixing any issues that pop up and sometimes have to take the servers down to do this. When the server is taken down for maintenance the staff post in the official discord to let members know and post when it is back up too.

You can check server status on the discord by using the ^up command in the bots channel.
