Hello!!!i want to report a bug in the summer event.When i talked to Mariann she sent me to Melody in order to start the event quest but she says only this one as you see in the screenshot and i cannot continue the quest.am stuck there xd.Could you fix it plz?

That is not a bug, that happened because you dont have all the requisites, to have more information about which requisites you need i would like suggest you have a look to this guide made by a member HERE.
