i have o clue, by mistake i use an escape rope from lightning island before i take the lightning orb.

rn i already have fire and ice orb, but i dont have lightning orb. and i can't back to lightning island because the zapdos and moltres already gone.

also i can't back to vermi beacause 'can't sail in weather like this'

so i'm stuck so i get on my pokemon to surf to start legendary bird quest on shamouti island and it says the seas seem to be rough perhaps a Pokemon could help and it wont let me pass
