I apologise for the inconvenence you have experienced. There is a deleveling service we offer but it is only for pokemon that were accidentially not evolved like a level 100 charmeleon. There is no need to delevel a Clefable so unfortunatly we cannot delevel it for you. We are also unabled to de-evolve pokemon so unfortunatly we cannot make you Clefable a Clefairy again.

 

With that said there is a way to get Clefairy's moves onto your Clefable. In the back room of daycare buildings is a pre-evo move tutor that will teach Clefable the moves Cleffa and Clefairy learn. To reach him walk through the door at the back of the first room of the daycare building circled in red in the image below.
