Help pls! Hello @RinaML, I am sorry for the inconvenience. You can ask to restore your Pokemon in the Restore Pokemon Megathread. Make sure to read what you need to provide, so we can restore it for you (screenshot/ID etc). Please try to be more careful when releasing Pokemon to prevent this from happening.
