Hey I want to change my password but this option dont work.. If im unlogged and im pressing "forgot password" button, server is sending me email with link but link dont work fine: when Im trying to confirm new pass, serv is giving info that my token is expired.. in one minute after email sending. When im logged in and im using option "change my password" server is not sending any email to me..spam and other folders are empty too. .. please help. Im using android and pc version of site too.

Hi Sansan, sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced. I tried to replicate the problem you had and found that if you submit your username more than once it will cause all but the final token to be expired. Please delete all emails you've received regarding changing you password and then try one more time and only click once and it should work. I am unsure if this is what you did but it's the only way I got an expired token other than actually using it.

 

Once you've tried that if you still receive an expired token please let me know and I will continue to try and help you.

Nope, it dont work. Is any other way or in worst variant can we change it mannualy?
