Can anyone help me just this once, so i can go back to BCC just for today?..

I was battling a parasect and when i was about to open my bag to use a pokeball my game crashed, and when i started and login the game i was back to goldenrod Pokemon Center.

This crash made my BCC contest on Cooldown again, please do help me with this, thank you in advance for helping or replying.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you and for your loss.

Unfortunately, we cannot place you back in to the Bug Catching Contest Arena as it would be unfair to all the other users that accepted the loss of their progress due to crashing, regardless if on our end or theirs.

 

Sometimes when the server crashes, you might lose a bit of your progress due to a rollback. Unfortunately, you will not be refunded of anything you lost in a rollback/crash. Take a look at the following thread if you were hit by a rollback for more information as to why you won't be refunded

We are aware of the issues related to the status of our servers, and i can assure you that our Developers are working on a fix and that fixing them is our main priority in this moment, as we understand that frequent disconnections may be frustrating. As of now, the developers have made a lot of improvements.
