Hi Roadtoking, you can reset the password for accounts if you've forgotten them. you go to Pro home page and go to log in at the top right hand side (circled below) and select forgot your password (underlined below)

It will send an email to the emaill address linked to the account a link which will let you change the password.

 

If you have any difficulty please let me know and I will try to help some more.
