Can you help me, please. How can i teach a pikachu surf?? I spoke with Victor in Fuchsia city and he sayed me that he can to teach to my pikachu surf only if i find "HM broseph" but i don't know where it is.

You need to pick PIkachu as your Kanto starter if you want to teach it surf. As for the HM surf, you need to find it in one of the house at safari area 3.

Unfortunately not.

 

But you can create a new account and than trade your Pikachu to the new account and learn it surf. Doesn't need to be your starter pikachu, it can be every pikachu. The only requirement to learn pikachu surf is to have it choosen as starter and made the surf quest.
