Problem registred Articuno in pokedex

When it went to battle against Articuno, the game went down. So I couldn't register it in my pokedex, so I can't complete the mission I need to capture Mew, how should I proceed?

Hmm, I am not able to help you rebattle that Articuno, but if you make your way to the Lorelei Boss in Johto Ice cave, you'd be able to obtain the dex entry through her.

Could you please interact/talk with the computer behind the Professor Oak in his labs? With that, you should be able to fix your issue and get the articuno seen data.
