Hi Zelkova, I'm really sorry for the problem you encountered. Please keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. unfortunately you will not be given anything you lost in rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsibility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback. The developers are always working hard to fix the issues that come up but sometimes they do happen and cause rollbacks. Please note that the world quest is still being tested and improved upon to fix issues with it but crashes can happen.

 

I am sorry this happened to you and you are unhappy with it, however, we cannot compensate people for crashes.

Please do not contact staff for private support, post your question in the appropirate subforum as others may have the same problem and could benfit from the answer as well.
