So i see most of the problems from the WQ reported in forum were from Silver Server but im from Gold and i am sure i made +0.5% on Magby's WQ.

Since it says to report the problem, im reporting. I would like to get my ticket, thanks :)

I would like to inform you that i've forwarded the issue to tje relevant parties in order to ask their opinion about the issue, as i'm not certain that such a thing can be checked, and make them look into it.
