Hey,Hope you're dping well. ^ I has some request, i just saw announcement that name change thread is open and I'm an old player but used to play back in red server but i made a new account recently. I has 10hrs of gameplay and completed kanto and now doing johto story. I wanted to change my name ( i didn't like my ign xD) but i doesn't meet the requirements of 50hrs and i hardly play but i want to change my name so badly, can you pls help me with it. :) ❤️ have a great day and you'll doing great work :heart:

Hi DrWackadoodle69, can you tell me the username for your old account. I can't promise anything but if I can tie the old account to your new one I will speak to management and see if there's anything we can do.

Please do not contact staff for private support, post your question in the appropirate subforum as others may have the same problem and could benfit from the answer as well.
