Hello, i have a problem with mobile version of PRO. When I'm launching the game, it stucks at "loading hats" and then the game crash. I have Galaxy S4 with Android 5.0.1

I see that your device have 2GB of Ram, the game requires 1.5+ it might come from this, check that there is no application that use your Ram

Still don't work, I had 1.6gb free ram

is the device on a stock ROM?

I have a Samsung galaxy S4 too and the situation in pretty annoying...

Tha game used to work before the christmas release and with the 2nd part of the cristmas event release it was impossible to open the game in the device.

It's almost two months that I am talking about this problem but noone cares.

I also formatted my smartphone in order to free the ram needed, and I can assure you that I had it, and currently have it, but the game doesn't launch.

 

If you look better in the forum there are dozens of topics like this and also topics that express what I expressed right above here.

 

Now it's months that you have a big problem with the androd version, and you should focus in order to solve it, or maybe you just have to tell us which are the real requirements in order to play PRO on our androd devices....

 

I am pretty pissed off, because everytime there is a topic about this, and there are lots of topics about this, the problem will quickly be forgot.

 

Please fix this problem.

The game never worked on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 which have 3 GB ram and none applications are consuming the ram besides the operating system. And the OS usually takes less than 1.5 of the RAM.

- Ram: 1.5GB+ recommended.

I have all them. Why the game used to work till Christmas, and now it doesn not load? I even formatted it to try to play PRO, but nothing.

You have a problem with the android version, please fix it.

Please write in English :) I wasn't playing since christmas update but before this event it was working on my s4, so i think i have the same problem as riccatt, please help us.
