Barney
Hi fellas, thanks for the new tms but roost seems to be bugged. Bulbapedia described Roost as follow: "Roost restores half of the user's maximum HP. If the user is a Flying-type, it will lose its Flying-type (thus being treated as a single-type Pokémon) until the next turn. If a non-Flying-type uses Roost, then there are no side effects." The part "If the user is a Flying-type, it will lose its Flying-type (thus being treated as a single-type Pokémon) until the next turn." doesnt work in PRO yet. My skarmory attacked first and used roost. Opponoents Machamp used dynamic punch (which is a fighting move) and dealt normal damage. Since Skarmory's type should have been normal till the end of the turn, dynamic punch should have dealt much more damage than it was acutally the case. Thanks for reading and fixing! :y: My reaction when people ask me if I'm the Barney from "Barney & Friends" Link to comment https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/13282-roost-bug/ Share on other sites

Barney
Nevertheless, i tested roost with a friend and skarmory doesnt loose its flying type. It cant be hit with earthquake by a slower pokemon. Utsu
Yeah the move is bugged for sure dude. If Dynamic Punch wasn't "Super Effective" after a Roost, it is a bug cause it should have been x2 (Fighting is x2 vs Steel type). When you use Roost, Skarmory lost his Flying type, so he's only Steel until the end of the turn. I mean, I was just clarifying your post to help the devs . Orihara
Roost is currently bugged, which allows flying type pokemons to remain as a flying type even after being used. Refrain from using in PvP. ...And all will burn, beneath the shadow of my wings.
